Nofence is looking to hire a Strategy Manager to join the team. As Strategy Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy and corporate development function of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives that will contribute to the long-term success of the company.

About the role

The Strategy Manager role will be multifaceted and is likely to include:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement strategic plans.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis.

• Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate investments and strategic initiatives.

• Monitor and evaluate existing strategies, recommending optimizations as needed.

• Lead strategic projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and success.

About you

We believe you have:

• Higher education within relevant field (Master's degree preferred)

• 2-5 years years of work experience from consulting and/or business development

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis

• Strategic mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach

• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Looker, PowerBI, Tableau or similar counts as a positive
